After my Suzy Homemaker Steam-Clean-the-Area-Rugs moment, I cleaned myself up, put on some lipstick ("Wow, Mama! You look pretty!"), and dashed out the door to meet some bloggers.
The perfectly lovely Melanie of BeanPaste was in town from Idaho, so we had a Northwest confab with Angie of All Adither, Lisa from Mama Milton, Stephanie of Bad Mom and Nora from Whopping Cornbread.
We ate little appetizers filled with incongruously delicious ingredients and talked, talked, and talked some more.
And then the time came for me to return home to my clean rugs, two very tired boys, and one sweet hubby.
Thanks, gals, for a nice time! And we're sorry we missed you, Mrs G!

ReplyDeleteOoh, I think that's the steam cleaner that I need to use BECAUSE ... I really want to get rid of the carpeting in the living room and get back to the hardwood floors underneath. ;-)
