I visited Kodiak 17? or so summers ago. My step dad was in the coast guard and stationed there. we were there for the longest day of the year. It was really odd to have dusky light at 11:00 or so.
What a wonderful place to grow up! These spectacular views take me back to the week-long cruise I took to Alaska a few years back on Holland America. They’re all beautiful, but the light in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th photos is amazing! Thanks for sharing. Hugs and blessings,
