We Kinda Like Him, Too

The other day my family was all piled up on the couch.

(Why is it every time Rom and I get within a few inches of each other, the kids swoop in?)

There we are: me and Rom, with Orlando nestled between us and Mica somewhat on top of all of us.

Orlando looks at Rom and says, “I love my Papa!”

He looks at me and says, “I love my Mama!”

He looks at Mica and says, “I love my Brother!”

And then he throws up his arms, looks skyward, and says, “I love my... Self!”

This kid's got it covered, all right.
